Returns and Refunds
1. The User, if he is a consumer, may exercise his right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days counting from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.
2. To exercise this right, the User may use the form indicated below, indicating all his identification data, the subscribed service he intends to resolve and the subscription date. The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the acquired good, or by another adequate and susceptible means of proof within the period defined above.
3. The consumer must return the goods to petramarques.com within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution, in the proper conditions of use.
4. The draft form for free termination (you should only complete and return this form if you want to terminate the contract) with the following information:
- Full name, address and tax number, e-mail and/or professional address]:

5. The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: fatusales letter and the document proving receipt of the product. The package and documents indicated must be sent free of charge to the following address:

6. If the User opts for other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.
7. Upon receipt of the return, the User will be refunded the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice amount).
8. The refund method for the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card and PayPal payments, these are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the will of free resolution and receipt of the return of the good.
9. In the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them are not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.
10. The shipping costs for returns are shown in the following table and refer to Mainland Portugal, Madeira Archipelago, Azores and Europe.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping, Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping of Products
1. Products ordered from the online store will be shipped and delivered on business days from Monday to Friday.
2. We can only guarantee the proper delivery of an order if the address for sending the products is well indicated by the “User”, this address being located in a house or office located in Portugal, Madeira archipelagos and Azores and Europe.
3. A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Cost of Shipping
1. The shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order and according to its weight, and if you order more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once. However, the Online Store reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we proceed to divide the order, the customer will be notified, by e-mail, of our intention. For this purpose, the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.
2. At the time of delivery, the “Buyer” must inspect the packaging and the products sent in order to check for any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately through the “Return” mechanism mentioned in the store in the respective area, the online store will refund the amounts paid for the order and for transport as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives and completes the return process.
4. The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, the “Buyer” does not return the order within the following 30 days.
Delivery times for orders
1. After registering your order, confirming the respective payment and having all the items in your order available, the online store undertakes to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery times:
In mainland Portugal, on average, within a maximum period of 7 working days.
In the Archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, on average, between 5 and 10 working days.
In Europe, within a maximum period of 15 working days.
2. The online store will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delay in fulfilling, any shipping obligation that it has due to a force majeure event, that is to say an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
Quality & Guarantee
1. (“Petra Marques Atelier online”) will only sell articles of excellent quality at petramarques.com and will never sell second-hand, defective or substandard products.
2. The products offered for sale on petramarques.com may not exactly match the real ones with regard to the displayed image and colors, especially due to the internet browser and monitor used.
3. Products have a defined warranty period of one year. This period is considered from the date of the equipment invoice and can only be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.
4. Any and all products that have exceeded the stipulated period or have defects caused by abnormal use, negligence or accidents, poor handling, moisture/liquid infiltration, and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel are considered outside the warranty conditions.
5. Products covered by the guarantee, which break down, must be sent, with the respective proof of purchase and/or guarantee, to the following address:

If the User opts for other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The User must always request the CTT Receipt that proves the shipment of the order.
